Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Bvaldi's order process is automated to distribute products quickly and accurately. We apologize, but once the order has been placed it CANNOT be cancelled. We receive many orders and we cannot go through them individually, as this would cause delays for other orders. Please review your items carefully before completing your orders.

What payment method do you offer?

We do offer a wide range of payment options that includes:

  • Klarna
  • Mastercard

  • Maestro
  • American Express
  • Unionen Pay.
How do I pay with Swish?

We work with Klarna, which offers easy payment with Swish via their Pay direct option.

Go to checkout, fill in your details, select "Pay directly with Klarna" and proceed to Klarna to easily complete your purchase with Swish.

What happens if my card is declined?

You will immediately receive an error message if there is a problem processing your credit card. You have the option of entering a new card number if this occurs. Make sure all of your personal information matches the exact information (name, address, etc.) associated with your credit card. If any information is incorrect, the transaction will not go through, as we have a very secure payment process. If you are unsure, you can call your credit card company to verify the information they have on file.

Also check that your credit card can be used for international purchases. Bvaldi is a Sweden-based company. You can also try going through the regular checkout or PayPal checkout as payment options. Please note that our online checkout system does not allow payments to be split between two cards.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.

How long does the delivery take?
  • Sweden: 1 - 2 Days
  • EU: 4 - 6 Working Days
  • Worldwide: 5 - 10 Working days
Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! All orders will include a tracking number.It will be automatically sent to your email address.

If you have received an email confirmation with your tracking number, it means that your order has been shipped.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your package has been shipped, you receive an email confirming that the package has been shipped. In the email you will receive the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping company's website.
