At Bvaldi, we aim to ship your order the next business day after receiving it. All orders are shipped with PostNord and can be tracked through the PostNord app.

RETURNS

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please note: Due to previous misuse of our free returns policy and to minimize our environmental impact, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

  1. Arrange your return shipping through this PostNord link: Skicka Direkt.

  2. Send the package to:

  3. Visit your nearest Post Office or pickup point / service point.

  4. Print the package code and drop it off at the Post Office.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 1-3 business days. Should you have any questions about your refund, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team. (Note: Any additional charges, such as customs fees, will be deducted from the refund.)
